THAT'S what that thing is!

Well looky here:  The Natural Capital just identified a weed I've got plenty of--AND it turns out to be edible. Say hi to bittercress!

  3. But eat it quickly and don't let it go to seed! It literally shoots its seeds out and they get everywhere.

    This is my year to eat all the garlic mustard in my yard.
